I called into the shop on Wednesday to enquire about a couple of jewellery items which needed new fasteners. I had not bought the articles there but Ariel very kindly took time to discuss what was needed and a a very reasonable price.It is a pleasure to visit this shop. The jewlery is stunning and there is no pressure to buy.The front of shop gentleman is also very nice.

I recently went to Annie Smith hoping to find something unique as a birthday present for my sister. I couldn?t find what I wanted anywhere in other shops or online. I showed some designs I had in mind to Ariel whose experience and input helped create an improved version of what I originally wanted.I couldn?t be more pleased with these earrings. I went in looking for an eternity ring. Ariel came out and discussed what exactly I wanted and I was surprised the price was the same as the ones on display. He then polished my wedding ring free of charge. The staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond. The ring is beautiful and I will definitely be purchasing jewellery from here again!

First ever bad review I have ever written. After only one year, the post of one of my silver and pearl stud earring snapped off, despite careful handling and only occasional wear. I had all the parts but Annie Smith refused to fix the broken one for free! Poor attitude. Why would I buy anything from this designer again?
