My experience is unfortunately worth sharing, as it was one of the worst I?ve had. The shop assistants are extremely impolite and unfriendly. They exchange mocking looks with each other, making customers feel disrespected. They talk loudly about customers and laugh, reinforcing their rudeness with hostile eye contact. Even if this behavior is difficult to prove, customers can definitely feel the negative attitude.
After I paid, the assistant didn?t say a single word?just kept a poker face and placed the receipt on the counter without even the most basic courtesy. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.
I cannot imagine this branch building any loyal customer base if staff continue to behave like this. I will definitely not return.

I went in today to buy a bra for the first time in years (extenuating circumstances!) and Arwin was so lovely, helpful and professional. She put me at ease entirely and helped me find what would fit me best. She also was able to talk about all the toys with such good knowledge. I really appreciated her kindness and humour!

Thank you to Arwin !!! She was amazing! Went in for a bra fitting. I tried on four different bras untill I found the one that fits the best, she didn?t rush me , she had patience , very polite . I was nervous to do this , but honestly she was lovely . I recommend getting a bra fitted from here

Just want to give a huge shout out to Emily! She was incredible helpful and just generally really lovely to talk to. She made me feel so at ease and gave me loads of awesome suggestions! I left the store with way more than I went in with haha!

Came in just on a whim wondering if anywhere does in-person bra fittings anymore, and left absolutely charmed by the wonderful staff at this location! I was helped by Erin for the fitting, who was absolutely lovely (and very patient) and two other members of staff whose names I didn?t catch- this was on 10/06. Really positive experience and I wish all of the ladies here the absolute best. Thanks again!

I honestly can?t express how much I recommend shopping here! I went in and had trouble figuring out my size, and Marianne dropped everything to come help me :) she was so incredibly sweet and helpful, she brought me half the shop to try on and I couldn?t appreciate it more ?? I am pretty insecure but she made me feel at ease throughout the process and I left with 2 sets! A credit to the company x

I can?t recommend highly enough. Marianne was amazing. She knew her stuff and was very personable. I went in with a couple ideas of what style of lingerie I wanted and she made it happen. I was in and out of the store in !!half an hour!! with a full bag of new lingerie. I usually find shopping boring and overwhelming, however Marianne made it fun and EASY! The rest of the staff seemed super lovely too. Thank you so much! I will be back x
