I wish to join the on-line appointments system, but I can't find any instructions as to how to do this

Currently sat in the waiting area for podiatry. It is 3:06pm. My appointment was scheduled for 1:40pm. Not a single person has spoken to me in the 70+ minutes I've been sat here. Numerous people with later appointments than myself have been and gone, and there is no one on the reception desk to speak to about this. Honestly disgraceful 'treatment'

Hello, good morning, I am quite upset by the care that my son Ian Daniel Ortiz received at this health center last week. Ian was seen by two different doctors in which they supposedly did a checkup on my son Ian and everything was fine. A few days ago we traveled to Spain on vacation where I saw no improvement in my little one and decided to take him again to the hospital in Spain Lanzarote where I have the medical report. In that hospital they found an object in Ian's right ear where he had to be treated by an otolaryngologist who specializes in the right ear where the doctor states as a specialist that he had been in the child's ear for a long time. This seems like a lack of attention to children and incompetence on the part of doctors. I am making this report to make doctors aware that children's health is not a game and they must be more thorough when examining children or else the next time something like this happens I will report this health center for lack of attention. to our little ones thank you very much

I hate the online service for booking appointments and when u try to phone them up at 8:00am there fully booked already

NHS = No Help Service. Regular texts asking not to contact them because they're too busy!!! I rarely need to contact thankfully but doesn't matter anyway because when you do need to see or speak to a doctor & you do ring them either no one answers the phone or your call gets cut off immediately. It's been like this for a long time - it's not what you expect from a health service & frankly, adds to the distress when you're feeling ill.
