I wish to join the on-line appointments system, but I can't find any instructions as to how to do this

Currently sat in the waiting area for podiatry. It is 3:06pm. My appointment was scheduled for 1:40pm. Not a single person has spoken to me in the 70+ minutes I've been sat here. Numerous people with later appointments than myself have been and gone, and there is no one on the reception desk to speak to about this. Honestly... read full comment
