If you need a computer slot, at convenient times, and at a fair price, AIT Solutions is the place to go. Open 7 days a week, morning to late, computers, printers, scanners, staff on hand, everything you need to help you with your needs.Staff understand all aspects of computer and phone use and repair. This place is a scam. I bought EarPods apple from them and they turn out to not have sound at all and they were damaged. I never got a receipt although i asked for one, they asked for my phone number but never got a receipt I also was never told any returns should be done within 24h. I did mention i forgot my airpods at home and i am buying them to go on holiday so they should have said returns in only 24h however they never said anything they also made the transaction higher. I got home from my holliday and found my other wire earpods from apple and they have perfect sound if not better than my airpods therefore clearly their earpods are damaged and broken.I went back to return them since they were damaged and barely any sound and they behaved very rudely when I explained the situation and laughed in my face that i am not going to get my money back even if i contact customer service also repeated that this is their policy and raised their voices. Don't Buy from them please, most of their stuff is fake and they also do not tell u their "policy" neither give you a receipt in order for you to be left with nothing to do but lose your money to them.

My 11 year old saved up his money to have his phone screen repaired - they charged an extorionate £70 - no receipt - just card print out - 3 weeks later screen stopped working but we were away - now back and they wont look at it as it is 'out of warranty period - sorry ' !!! AVOID SCAMMERS LIKE THIS

Recently changes iphone x lcd for £60, touch stoped working in 10 days and they replaced it for me with out no cost. Friendly behaviour. They offered a glass protector free for the inconvenience. Keep going guys.

Tried to pick up 30 pounds using Western Union, been told no money. And it's for the 50th time already. Wouldn't recommend using Western Union here.
