Was in here last night it was VERY bad abysmal in fact got a bonus on the "VIP" terminals and all I got was £15 on £1 stake ?? then went to eye of Horus and another machine both took £100 without paying anything more than £10

Great selection of machines - asked if we wanted a drink when we went in. Very down to earth staff. They asked two people to leave who just wanted to watch the players which I was happy with. These two got angry and popped balloons and scared people so well done to the team members.

Worst "arcade" I've ever been to every game you play the wins ARE ALL compensated, every single machine so some way or another someone has gotta lose the amount of unluck I've had in these places isn't down to my luck it's down to how these machines operate pumped hundreds into these machines not to pay out much walked away skint 300 of the 107 times I've been here.... If you wanna keep your money safe stay away from these places!

Lovely place with very attentive staff and great customer service. As soon as you walk in, you are made to feel welcome. I've only visited the venue twice but I would definitely go back. Yes, I lost a bit of money the first time but the second time, I was there for 9 hours and only lost a fiver. The machines pay out very well if you are willing to stay the distance. If you go in hoping to win a fortune within 5 minutes then that's not going to happen. Venue and toilets were immaculate. A big shout out to Amy. She's just so friendly and funny. She comes out with some hilarious banter. Also, I had a few issues with machines running empty but that was sorted out within a couple of minutes and I got paid what was owed to me. Also a big thumbs up for the night manager Andy. He is just the nicest guy. I only lost a fiver that night but I was made to feel as if I'd spent a million pounds!! He was so chatty and friendly and shared some great ideas that he had for improving the venue. Also had a few issues with machines running empty and the change machine swallowed my 20 pound note. But he sorted it out and I got everything that was due to me. Would highly recommend this venue for great entertainment and exceptional customer service. The secret is not to spend any more that you can afford to lose.

Not welcoming.. others staff were nice but one of the lady staff called eran and aga were not welcoming she said no when we ask for a coffee even we had one and also she said that my girl friend is not playing so she will not get it even I though I was playing .being last 2 years of admiral customer this was the worst experience ever I had in Edinburgh.Very upset when somebody says no for just coffee even though we can buy from Starbucks. She was very depressed and I request to take actions as we told her we r going to take she was okay with it.

This place used to be good but it's not the same and the pay out is terrible but that is the way of gambling truth is this £210 In a single machine with a jackpot of £100 paid a total of 37 from the same machine so that's terrible but it's ok only gamble what you can afford never gamble above that.
