“Fantastic shop to buy souvenirs and more. They offer a wide selection of what people seem to collect (bookmarks, keychains, coins, thimbles, magnets, etc), plus an impressive selection of clothes (hoodies, T-shirts, sweaters, kilts, etc) and at good pricing. The staff are friendly and helpful. My wife and I found items bearing family names. They helped find my family’s tartan. Highly recommend.”

“We got married here 17 years ago on the 27th July ❤️. It was the Royal Overseas League at the time. Such a magnificent building, we were treated like royalty and made to feel so special on our special day. Being born and bred in Edinburgh, this venue meant so much to us both, as we are very proud of of home city and to get married in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle was the highlight for us!. My husband and i cannot wait to celebrate an anniversary by staying overnight with you in the near future. Wishing you every success with 100 Princes Street.”

“An OUTSTANDING store! If you bottle the essence of scottish fashion into a store, Marchbrae would definitely be its definition. Kathryn and Navindi were meticulously knowledgeable and immensely helpful and we were deeply grateful for their help.”

“Decent sized branch with room to browse (unlike the cramped branch on princes St!) past security at the airport. Good selection of jewellery, sunglasses, bags, hats, scarves etc. Prices are the same as high street, and a useful stop for browsing or if you need the final touch to an outfit or you've forgotten your sunnies for your holiday! Friendly, helpful staff.”

“The shop was lovely and tidy, I was able to browse for a short while before the assistant asked if I needed help without sounding like she was being pushy. The assistant was very helpful and I managed to get exactly what I wanted. Excellent.”

“Although I knew that I wouldn't be able to buy anything (as most of the items are over £100) I just had to enter this shop when I found myself in front of it. And I don't regret a second for just entering to feed my curiosity, because I had one of the best conversations and shopping experience ever.Joanna has been such a wonderful host. She had the patience and time to discuss with me about vintage style, which has been really inspiring to me as a new vintage enthusiast (and hopefully future collector). She is a true professional and takes high care of her clothes, so don't get upset if she's not going to let you go through the pieces as you would in normal vintage (or charity) shops. It's because she makes sure they are all in the most perfect condition and cleaned. So let yourself guided by her expertise and knowledge, as you will gain more this way.Thank you so much Joanna, the visit to your boutique has really made my day and it's the highlight of my trip to Edinburgh. And sharing thoughts and the rationale for why you like certain eras and why you own certain pieces. Also, I would have really regreted if I didn't leave with anything so after I spent enough time in the shop to familiarise myself with the objects around me, I did purchase a pair of astonishing earrings that go so perfectly with most of my wardrobe. So I can officially say I started my journey towards collecting vintage.Highly recommend true vintage enthusiasts to go visit Miss Bizio Couture”
