Came for a post cataract operation check up. Very thorough and very reassuring. Also lots of help to sort out the ending of my direct debit for contact lenses which are no longer needed. The staff both at the front desk and the opthalmologists are always polite, friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Absolutely first class.

As always the service was very good from being welcomed into the store to the end of the eye test. All completed quickly too with a clear explanation about my eyes (all fine) and in particular their general health.

From arriving to leaving it was a very smooth experience. Optician was great, explained things to me and answered my questions with valuable information. Colleague who fitted me for new specs and ran the peripheral vision test was knowledgeable and very helpful. I was impressed by the people and the service.
