I've stood at the checkout for 15 minutes to be served to place on lottery tickets and get winnings back one Assistant seen I was waiting now this is a common occurring do employees not get paid to serve customers in that shop

Being forced to get a receipt by a middle aged woman who is a staff member here, quite frankly in a rude manner, on the way out** which is very unusual and one can only assume she is accusing the customer of theft!
