Staff are lovely and always happy to help nothing is ever an issue. Never a long wait for prescriptions also they are brilliant with the kids. Definitely recommend this chemist.

Best pharmacy in East Kilbride, all staff are proffesional and attentive. I've never had any issues since switching to here from the Murray where I encountered problems weekly. Always get prescriptions within 10 minutes of handing them in, they make me and my child feel so welcome and Always talk away to us both asking how we are. Just in general a very welcoming hard working bunch of people who go above and beyond for customers, Wouldn't go anywhere else for prescriptions or enquires now.

Surprisingly rude encounter. A worsening condition lead to me needing a prescription on Boxing Day. On arriving at this pharmacy I could hear a Gentleman chastising someone in the back room. I asked the person at the counter if he could fulfill a prescription written by my Vitality GP. He was unsure and brought he I presume to be the senior pharmacist. His advice was to come back tomorrow but for good measure asked why I hadn't been seeking a prescription sooner. He seemed irritated and mentioned he had told many people the same thing today. He said if I come back tomorrow I will find they are the friendliest pharmacy around. I'm rarely ill but on this occasion I needed some genuine help.

Best pharmacy in EK. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. I stopped smoking recently and was given NRT. During the 12 week program Irfan in particular was very encouraging and helpful. I would like to say a big thank you to him and all the staff for being so nice. ?5* from Val

Best chemist in East Kilbride. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. I recently stopped smoking and got nicotine replacement therapy from the chemist. I went to the pharmacy each week to get my nicotine patches and Irfan was especially helpful and encouraging. I am very grateful to all the staff for the help and encouragement during a difficult time.

What a great pharmacy. The longest I?ve ever waited for a prescription is about 10 minutes.
The staff are lovely and can?t help enough. Today I got tablets that were bubble wrapped in silver foil that you had to peel apart to get into the tablet which I find difficult as I?ve got arthritis in my hands.
Not a problem! Rebecca peeled them all out and put them in a bottle for me. Great service!!

I have tried a significant number of pharmacies recently due to a shortage of some medications.Out of all the ones I visited (almost 30 different pharmacies over 10 days) Westwood Square was the only pharmacy who spoke to me with understanding and compassion.I was given friendly, helpful advice, and they ultimately were able to find/provide the medication I had been searching all over South Lanarkshire for.Very grateful for their assistance.

I accompanied my wife to this pharmacy because she has a urinary infection and needs antibiotics, when we arrived I started explaining to the person behind the counter what the issue was and he went and asked the pharmacist if he was able to see us, I was doing all the talking on behalf of my wife because her English is not very good and the first question this pharmacist asked was if ?we were registered with a doctor in Scotland? in a really condescending tone, I simply responded with a ?yes? even though I felt the question was completely unnecessary because by simply taking my wife?s name, he would be able to see that all her details are on the system. Anyway, after this question, he simply stated that he was very busy and that he wasn?t able to see us because they were going to close in 30 minutes and we should had gone earlier. Excuse me! But i finish work at 5 and it?s impossible for me to go earlier, besides the pharmacy didn?t close until 5:30.We simply turned around and left, we went to another pharmacy down the road called ?Murray Pharmacy? and the pharmacist there literally saw my wife, asked for her name, DOB, symptoms and prescribed the antibiotics. All within 5 minutes!!! 5 minutes literally.The way the first pharmacist acted is simply unacceptable, I don?t know why he acted the way he did, but it?s awful.
