As always, a lovely place to browse and buy books, the staff are great, I always ask for book recommendations and I'm never disappointed. Today's added bonus was a free hot drink which I had while reading my new book.

Normally I love Waterstones cafes! I adore buying a book and settling in with a cosy coffee to read it. However, today my voyage into the works of Keats was ruined by the woman working at the cafe in the black top moaning about her manager. Please take it from me when I say the entirety of Waterstones doesn?t need to hear what you would do differently! That seems like a conversation best struck up with your manager. 13/08/22
