i went in to the vodafone store in east kilbride i just wanted to charge my phone cause it was running out of battery there was two members of i got chatting away to they both were great members of staff i hope they do well at vodafone

Pathetic customer service. Non professional staff especially manager. Even called Vodafone helpline but they were helpless too as it was a franchise.

Asked to have my eSIM transferred to a physical SIM card, Vodafone site advises this is possible in store.
Got the impression the staff never knew what they were doing with this one. Took a good half hour in the store and the SIM has never worked, getting Vodafone customer services to resolve has been a total nightmare and left me without access to my phone number for 5 days now.
Staff are pleasant, but clearly not trained appropriately and hamstrung by ancient computer systems.

"Staff" don't know how to deal with humans who have sunflower lanyards round their neck. The entire company is an ableist omnishambles from top to bottom! Changing my provider just as soon as I can get someone with a brain to do it for me so that I don't get hoodwinked, swindled, conned, tricked or shafted.Yes, there ARE people in the world who don't have the brains, sense etc to figure out phone contracts and that isn't a crime.What should be a crime, however, is the awful way Vodafone treat their customers with learning difficulties. They are as bad as Virgin Media.It should be 0 stars for the way that wee troll spoke to me today. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Expect to hear from Trading Standards because I WILL be contacting them.

Wasted an hour coming here, only to be told that I didn?t pass identity check allegedly because my bank didn?t update its records even thou online NatWest shows new address, why does one need ID check to buy a SIM card?
