i went in to the vodafone store in east kilbride i just wanted to charge my phone cause it was running out of battery there was two members of i got chatting away to they both were great members of staff i hope they do well at vodafone

Pathetic customer service. Non professional staff especially manager. Even called Vodafone helpline but they were helpless too as it was a franchise. Not recommended at all.
