Booked my holiday with Clare, amazing service from start to finish, was undecided on a few things and was given so much information about both options which really helped me decide. Clare was very knowledgeable when I was booking my cruise and will definitely book again with her, fantastic customer service.

Clare liaised with my husband to book a surprise holiday for my 50th. She kept him right and was so helpful as he was getting stressed keeping it a secret ?. Was in today at tui East Kilbride and was dealt with initially by Kira who was happy to spend time helping me decide what I was wanting, no alterations or deviations were a problem. Left to discuss with husband and when I called to take offer I was dealt with by Claire who picked up where Kira left off but Claire is obviously a cruise fanatic and yer infectious joy of causing and all the hints and tips she gave me were brilliant. As a novice to Crusing Claire eased possible concerns I may have had ....and oned i I hadn't even thought about!. Thank you ladies

Just booked a holiday to Florida with Kira (sorry if I spelled it wrong), she was absolutely brilliant! Had gone in yesterday just to get an idea for cost and she gave us everything we needed and we were able to go away and think about it last night and made a very easy decision! Was glad to see her in today when we went into book and she got it sorted for us! Really happy!!!

I phoned the East Kilbride branch with a flight query and spoke to David. In less than 2 mins he had checked I'd done what I was supposed to do. Helpful, polite young man that put my mind at ease.

My husband and I who are both in our 70's and I am disabled, found the staff Jenny and David, very knowlegdeable, friendly and helpful, we could not praise them highly enough. They were able to advise us on the most suitable holiday and helped with advice re transport taxis, and hotel room. They could foresee and difficulties that disabled people may encounter and in our experience solved all our problems/needs. We would like to thank them both and if the holiday at Levante Cala Bona lives up to the booking experience we will certainly use TUI for our future holidays.

Went in to book our first family holiday. Moira and the girls were so helpful. They offered lots of options and recommendations to make our first family holiday fun and memorable. They were also so accommodating to my youngest and helped keep him busy while in store. Would highly recommend going in to see the girls. Great team .
