Been in every night this week for a roll on hamburger and always get told sorry no rolls, the owner even suggested I go buy my own roll from convenience store, I think this is maybe what she should do, I now go to the chip shop 50 yards from this place, far better food than here and no as expensive

Item was missing from delivery. Phoned staff to inform them of this to be told it was in the bag. Everytime I explained it wasn't was told again it was in the bag then informed they would have to check the cameras and phone me back after waiting an hour on food. I then had to call back to be told another one would be sent out and had to wait a further 30 mins.

Had large fish & chips, half pizza crunch, sausage & chips, gherkins, eggs & pickled onions all for my family. Staff are so polite & friendly. Will defo be back. All cooked to ?

Staff were not friendly. The food was extremely greasy. The frying fat needed to be changed. Grease is the word.
