Service was appalling. Was made to wait over 30 minutes in a queue, to then be told that their half price offer on footlongs, is unavailable with cash, and that you must pay card. Overall service was really poor. Would not recommend.

Service was absolutely terrible! After having to deal with the price being full whack, although having a 50% offer on, they failed to let us pay cash, and said the offer was unavailable when paying with cash, and that must pay with card. Failed to give a receipt, meaning a refund was non-negotiable. Overall, the service was appalling. Would not recommend.

ordered online and order still wasn?t ready after 20 minutes and then had to wait another 10 for them to actually make it. Friend ordered a footlong cookie and was told there was none despite other customers such as myself ordering one and getting it. #bigfatliars

Absolute chaos!!! I was queuing for 25 mins despite there only being 3 ahead of me. They are only interested in the online orders, and they don?t have the space or manpower to cope with customers in the shop! It?s clearly not the staffs fault, they are just doing as they?re told. Asked me four times what I wanted and burned 2 of my subs so had to remake whist the others went cold! I?ve said it before, but this time I definitely won?t go back!

Got a salad with Chicken Tikka, Jalepinos, Onion and Pepper w/ southwest sauce.Basically just got a bowl of lettuce and barely any of the other ingredients.Stingiest portion I've ever received from any subway.

40 minute wait and total chaos. Multiple orders wrong to other customers, people ordered on the app only for them to make up the order when they arrive (absolutely zero benefit), and not for the first time they put an absolutely derisory amount of cheese, salsa, and jalapenos on my nachos. Will not be back.

Worst customer service .. the guy at the till was aggressive and was serving the food as it was free .. any option get to a better sub way .
