Security person absolutely rude and ignorant, whole place is so bad staff rude held 6 hours despite being an hour before my time, place wasn't busy!!!! Oh and as a driver remember you have to be telepathic just read a review on the security female? Similar comments horrible woman???

Ah've been here a few times. The guys at the gate are sound, friendly an' helpful, but if ye run intae that Scottish wifie ? the one that acts an' looks mair like a bloke ? it'll be a rough encounter. She's rude, nasty, an' pure cheeky. She tells ye tae speak English, but she herself mumbles some unintelligible slang ? it's a joke, like. The office staff are grand, an' the night shift unloading is fairly quick.

Can not tell the time and don't care I would recommend anyone who even shops there not to bother go else where

ABSOLUTELY MUST BE THE WORSE DISTRIBUTION IN SCOTLAND. SHOCKING WAITING TIME TO BE TIPPED BEEN ON BAY NOW 3 HOURS 22 MINUTES NOT BEEN TOUCHED. SEEMINGLY ONLY 1 FORK LIFT DRIVER AS USUALL. SURELY POLICE SHOULD BE GET THE GOODS IN AND ON RACKING SO THEY CAN BE PICKED AND SENT OUT TO THERE STORES. .. HOPE A DONT GET SENT BACK HERE .. DRIVERS SAYING THEYVE BEEN ON BAYS 5 1/2. HOURS BLOODY RIDICULOUS. BET THE TOP. MAN DOSENT KNOW .. BUT OFF COURSE DHL RUN HERE

Bloody awful place, check in staff so very rude to almost everyone except those drivers who brought in gifts to get unloaded quickly, staff should be ashamed of themselves for taking bribes.
