I never thought I'd ever look forward to going to a pharmacy, but the staff in the Village branch always make it a very pleasant experience. Always willing to help, always naturally friendly and never openly show any discontent even when under pressure.
All in all, just the best. If I could give more than 5 stars, I seriously would.

The staff here always go above and beyond with a smile on their faces and some lovely chat to make you feel acknowledged. Nothing is too much bother, sourcing out of stock medication, coming to your rescue when you run out and contacting the doctors surgery when prescriptions haven?t come over . Helen the pharmacist is so knowledgeable and has given advice numerous times, all the staff are so helpful & lovely, fabulous customer service.

Quite simply the slowest and most unhelpful pharmacy in East Kilbride. Please don?t ever have the audacity to ask to speak to a pharmacist as customers are beneath them.

The staff at Rowlands are always very helpful. I meet myself coming backwards between my mums prescriptions and MARR charts and my own prescriptions but they are always on the ball (more than me!) and most helpful.

Not an ounce of concern. Pharmacist spoke freely to the assistant without acknowledging my existence. Continued to stuff her face with food. Charming.. Off to another pharmacy

Absolutely fantastic chemist! Staff very friendly! Just been in to collect my mum's prescription, which wasn't there again, thanks to the doctor. Nothing is a bother for staff. With things still as they are at the doctors surgeries, I'm very glad we can rely on these lovely ladies in this pharmacy.

Very poor pharmacy, customer service not a priority, NEVER opened on time 9am, customers lined up outside, whilst staff chatting having tea and toast, regular occurrence. Very rarely does the phone get answered just rings out. Such a shame as the village needs a pharmacy just not this one

Tried to call this pharmacy for 40 minutes to save my 62 year old husband with chronic back pain a wasted journey to see if his pain medication prescription was ready to collect?he doesn?t drive and I?m I?ll in bed!!! No rang out continuously then went from engaged to dead?.so off he went walking the 15 minutes in pain to pharmacy to be told it wasn?t ready! They would text him later in the day to let him know when to collect?..he came home was literally in the door 2 minutes when they texted him?..I am very angry?. same member of staff no apology?.I only hope she never gets to feel his pain!!!
