We arrived at Costa at 15.50 and assistant manager advised us and 6 customers in front that there would be 10 minutes to wait for a table. We decided to wait..At 15.55 the Assistant manager ( after spending time telling her friends in front of us that she would be taking over her own shop soon) then announced the shop was closing at 16.00....and we could only get a carry out! Surprised, I asked if this applied to us, and she said applied to everyone as it was closing at 16.00..by that time there was 6 people behind us. We left. Unbelievable....this is not customer service and represents this shop now I would add that, prior to lockdown, the management of this shop was excellent ( we go twice a week) and I would say the manager was one of the best in the Costa empire, well certainly in South Lanarkshire. Something has gone wrong, and what happened today was just a small example, and she, the manager, was present. I understand that this Branch is not a franchise so can someone from Costa Head Office support this manager. We wont be in a hurry to retur

I absolutely do not recommend buying anything from here because last week I ordered a jacket for my son but after a few days they wrote to me that the product is not available and my money still hasn't arrived
But my question is if the product isn't available then why do they show it online and it is available???

Couldn?t be happier with the service they provided d me with. I had to exchange a gilet for a bigger size and all it took was a phone call, send it back and after two days I had the replacement. Five stars for a fantastic small business ?

Hugely disappointed with the very poor quality of two expensive Guide London shirts purchased from Retro Designer Wear, stitching completely unravelling on one and the other looks perhaps like a second, unfortunately both issues discovered too late (after removing tags) as the stitching issues are on the inside of the shirts.I understand these things can happen but what's more frustrating is receiving absolutely no response to multiple emails and webchat messages, which seems strange as reviews seem generally positive.Would happily discuss a resolution if the company would get in touch.
