Only able to do my banking on a Saturday and it seems to be the same staff every week , I have always been greeted by friendly staff who are always on hand to assist if needed without fussKeep up the great work , most of us appreciate your efforts!!

Honestly wish I could give ZERO stars. Ridiculously confusing, no clear instruction given on which side of the wall to stand after depositing coins. Apparently I CAUSED A PROBLEM with the ignorant untrained KAREN on the door BECAUSE HOW THE HELL WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHO WAS NEXT WHEN THERE HAD BEEN 2 TILLS OPEN AND SUDDENLY THERE WAS ONLY ONE. Had I not already put the coins in the ridiculous machine I'd have told that moaning minnie of a woman where to go. I have been RBS customer since 2000, I do not expect to get treated like a problem because CLEAR instructions weren't GIVEN when they know I AM SPECIAL NEEDS and DO NOT HAVE SOCIAL COMPREHENSION. WHEN YOU SEE A PERSON WEARING A SUNFLOWER LANYARD THAT MEANS THAT PERSON HAS A HIDDEN DISABILITY AND REQUIRES TO BE GIVEN S.P.E.C.I.F.I.C. INSTRUCTION.Going to see about switching. Whole bloody company is an untrustworthy omnishambles full of moaning-faced hypocrites who breach the EQUALITY ACT all the time. I've HAD IT with these buffoons. I have BANNED myself from this branch!. It?s about time RBS trained their staff to recognise the green sunflower lanyard, and the purpose of it!

shame I had to give it any. Hopeless and charmless experience. The absolute antithesis of quality customer care. Represents perfectly why computer says no is both hilarious and depressing. They don?t even have the compassion to offer a seat to 90 yer old with a walking stick. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture.

I wish I could do 0 stars !! Just had to deal with a staff who is a Karen throw my bank card at my face the other staff didn?t do anything about itI?m changing banks !!

Was awaiting the bank opening one morning, it doesn?t open till 9:30am however as I turned to go in I was told ?ok let me get the doors open!? Rude and absolutely no need for it, I was instructed to use the machine which didn?t work and continued to spit my cash back out. Why do you continue to encourage us to bank for ourselves? I pay for my accounts? So why cant staff serve me? Lo and behold I had to use a cashier anyway?.. don?t this the staff realise the machines are there to replace them, or maybe they do and that?s why they are all sour faced and crabbit. I don?t enjoy visiting this bank ever.

Been in this branch often they gide me to what i want machine or counter & asked me if I'd like to see someone for advice with my money & arranged it the woman was very helpful ?

My disabled mum and I had the worst experience ever at this bank yesterdayWe have used the branch many times without problems before and always bring photo identificationA branch manager treated us in an appalling manner and I will be writing everything that happened to us in a letter of formal complaint My poor mum was upset for ages We managed to get all our banking done at a different branch with wonderful understanding staff

I have been a Royal Bank customer for many years. The aggressive manner in how some staff in the EK branch push the use of a mobile app is unacceptable and against the basic principles of customer service. This is completely different to other RB branches. Is this the manager's directive as I am sure not Head Office's? Remember, it's not what you say....but how you say it.

Staff are busy talking to each other about personal stuff, big queues and only 2 people serving. Very slow and had to wait about 45mins, not very well organised.

Awful service, only 2 cashiers on while the rest walked about with I pads doing nothing, waited half hour to put money in as can't do it when putting coins in, the machine gives u a receipt then u need to wait in a queue, changing banks next week as this branch is awful, time to put more cashiers on.....
