First class staff
Staff always on hand to help and have a laugh and joke and banter
And the security gard very nice man always says hello make u feel at home

Self service only unless you're wanting a return or exchange. Staff too busy yakking to each other, shouldn't be in the job. Won't be buying from any Primark again until these issues are resolved and you reinstate proper human service instead of self serve checkouts.

Good selection of Christmas jumpers this year. Only a few issues the long ques of people, and some of the staff seem so uninterested and talk to you like there asleep.
