Getting back into it after 7 years away and this is a great place on my doorstep. Played the course when it first opened and now it?s a cracking 9-holes with the driving range right there

My son?s 5 wood head came off onto the driving range and we were told to collect it the next morning. We arrived to be told it hadn?t been brought up yet even although there were several heads sitting on the back counter. We received a phone call to say it had been brought up and my son went to collect it. My son was very upset as noticed the head had a deep chip on the crown and deep scuffs/scratches in the same areas. I suggested going home to calm down and I would contact them the next day. Upon examination it was very damaged by what we assume was the ball collecting machine. I contacted the owner the next morning via email to let them know and received a very poor shocking response back. I was challenged for emailing at 03:00 (my break at work) and was called a liar on several occasions during the email. The head was damaged upon collection but I was told in no certain terms it wasn?t. Why would I lie? I wanted the head back so we could buy a new shaft and had collected it at the first available time. The customer service was abysmal and for the owner to accuse a regular customer of being a liar is deplorable. I asked the owner to check the cctv and this request was ignored. If he was so sure it wasn?t damaged onsite then why not check the cctv???? Bad customer service is one thing but dishonesty from a business owner is a completely different matter.
You have lost regular customers who travelled to use your facilities several times a month.

'Are you members?'
'Have you paid? Where are your receipts?'
'Why don't you both have golf bags?'
Questions received from 2 separate members of staff whilst playing on the course. Myself and a friend were sharing my clubs as he is new to the sport, and we're told we shouldn't be on the course without a bag & clubs each. Where in your rules does it say this?
If this is the case, how does a person play their first round? Last i checked, you don't hire out clubs/bags. Also, what if someone can't afford golf equipment?
Unfortunately, this type of thing is why so many see golf as non-inclusive and class-based. Poor attitude.
Shame, as the course is fun to play and in great condition.

The corse was in really bad condition, large coverage off moss. Can't beleve at the end of April that they would still be on winter Tee's ? The 33% increase in price that was not advised when booking over the phone, I queried this after the round and was met with nothing less that resistance rather than this on an Individual basis. The rise in price did not come through in corse condition. Comparable to roucken glen golf corse

Balls a bit worn could do with replacing them , like hitting rocks sometimes

Amazing course, 9 holes all designed to replicate famous holes from golf. Bunkers are huge. Very playable and in fantastic condition. 10/10
