Beware thieves at this store. Got an email to say my click and collect order was collected but wasn?t collected by me. Nobody answers the phone so can?t talk to anyone about this. Thankfully I paid by PayPal and have managed to get a refund through them. Disgusted with Pandora right now

Tell me the point of having a click and collect if when I arrive I still have to wait 45 minutes in a queue behind people of whom the majority are just looking and not buying anything?Absolutely useless waste of time

My Partner went into the East Kilbride store today and was served by Aimee , she was such a delight and so helpful, I thought after my bracelet clip broke I would have to buy a new one or pay for repairs but Aimee was super helpful and replaced it with a new bracelet . Top service and all with a smile, we need more Aimee,s in our stores ?

Totally over the moon with the service i received today. Went in for a bracelet repair and was advised that no repairs are being sent away now until after Christmas, however after i explained that i need to wear the bracelet at Christmas, (sentimental reasons) my lovely advisor made a few enquiries and managed to replace my bracelet on the spot. I cannot thank you enough, totally made my day. :-) thank you Aimee.If only there were a few more Aimee's at East Kilbride in the world! xx
