Beware thieves at this store. Got an email to say my click and collect order was collected but wasn’t collected by me. Nobody answers the phone so can’t talk to anyone about this. Thankfully I paid by PayPal and have managed to get a refund through them. Disgusted with Pandora right now

Tell me the point of having a click and collect if when I arrive I still have to wait 45 minutes in a queue behind people of whom the majority are just looking and not buying anything?Absolutely useless waste of time
