Returned a really expensive pair of trainers that were faulty. Anna was fantastic, showed my proof of purchase, discussed the issue and pointed out the faults on the shoe. No difficult conversation, no explanation required. Immediate refund issued, new pair of trainers ordered. This is why I use Next! Good job.

Nice, well stocked and has a busy cafe. Lots of good clothing and household stuff caters for childrens clothes too.

Website says store opens 8.30 but apparently doesn't open til 9. People have been queueing since before 8.30. Please get your website times changed.

I recently visited the NEXT store at King's Gate and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made my shopping trip enjoyable. The store had a great selection of modern and stylish items, catering to a variety of tastes. Everything was well-organized, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality fashion and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be returning!

Very poor selection of boys clothes. What happened to plain boys clothes. Why is everything got stupid designs or rips etc
And multiple times I?ve been in this store and had to chase staff to man the checkout. Why aren?t they manned. You?d be better giving me a till log in and I?ll ring it up myself since I?m having to chase your staff and do a managers job to have them man the till.

Shocking was waiting in male checkout area waiting to be served. After waiting a few minutes I went in to home/furniture dept . Told by a polite member of staff. Noone is on tills until 10am I can serve you in here . Not the staff fault but next charge a premium for products n service . So tell me where the service is . Put a notice up to say you don't want mens money or at least close it . Another east kilbride shop that wonders why Internet does so well the above is why .

In store today with my elderly mother who was looking for arm chairs. Was helped by a lovely lady ( can't remember her name ) who was extremely helpful and patient with my mum. Can't thank her enough and is certainly a credit to the store. Thank you.

Was looking for suit trousers for my husband. All different leg lengths and sizes on the one rail. Very difficult to find what I was looking for and no shop assistants around. Was very disappointing.

I was in next today and I received the most fantastic customer service from Fiona. She was so kind and helpful and went out of her way to find an item I wanted from the stock room. She is an absolute asset to the Next Store at Kingsgate retail park Eastkilbride. Thanks again for helping me.

Big store offering plenty of choice for both men and women's clothing. Liked the bedding displays.. wish my room looked liked that. Costa coffee available in store. Would have been 5 stars but feel the changing rooms need to be refreshed. No where to hang clothes in one and in another it looked as if someone has attempted to eat the wall.

I was in Next Kingsgate early October and had a nasty fall down the stairs. The staff were amazing and sat with me until I managed to get back up. My fall was entirely self inflicted. They staff didn?t rush me in any way and even offered to run me home (as I live close by). The staff are a credit to Next and I won?t forget the kindness shown from them. Thanks again for looking after me so well ?
