Absolute disgrace of a pharmacy!!! Told prescription was ready, go to pick it up only to be told they know nothing about it, didn?t care that it was very important medication!!! incompetence at its finest

This used to be a fantastic Pharmacy over 2 years ago. Source then unfortunately its went downhill. There is rarely a week when my there is usually a problem with my meds. They blame the Surgery. It's been so bad that I've tried to change my surgery and chemist, but its alot more difficult than you think. They used to be a wery warm abd professional service, but it all changed a few years ago. Apart from Jeff and Paula who are amazing.

The staff in here are incompetent. They have left me without medication multiple times. They have lost injections I needed. They told me they would reorder my pain medicine and then waited until the day I needed to pick it up to tell me they aren't doing it anymore and I need to call the doctor. They have delivered medicine to my house multiple times even after I requested that they DONT. They have misplaced medication and then gave it to me weeks late. The counter staff should not be in charge of important medication. I went in one day to ask for my prescription and she went through the back and forgot and started doing something else. I waited for half an hour. It's a joke

Moved from our local village pharmacy to The Murray, what a difference. Always happy to help and answer any queries no matter how busy they are. Like night and day compared to Rowlands!

I can't fault this chemist, they are prompt,very friendly and soon rectify a problem quickly if their is one. I have been with a few chemists and Murray chemist has been outstanding.I would recommend them to anyone I would give 10/10 if I could. Thank you Murray staff you saved the day for me where other chemists did not.I wish all staff a wonderful New Year.

My wife has been waiting since Monday 12th Oct for prescription to be delivered. She phoned since Monday and now it's Wed 14th Oct still no delivery. This is not the first time this has happened this chemist is usually helpful but not this time. Telling lies about delivery days when items don't arrive. We will se what happens tomorrow.
