I was in store for Saturday night pizzas. I had to use the toilets, first time in this store. What a absolute delight, they were clean, fresh and bright. The best morrisons toilets I've ever used. Hats of to the cleaners and morrisons for this fantastic service. The colleague who served me on the pizza counter was very helpful.

Have no issue with the store itself, staff are generally great, however the gentleman who is the security guard is a little over zealous, I was accused of stealing before my receipt had even been checked and the gentleman was very confrontational. I was actually devastated and shocked to be accused of this, when my receipt was present and showed I had paid for all items it took some time for him to actually apologise.
More than happy to be asked to present a receipt, I totally understand that many items must get lifted however a polite check would be worthwhile prior to accusing someone.
Now I am regularly followed round the store by the gentleman which I find very off putting, if he would like me to present my receipt everytime I shop then please just say.
Amendment : appears to be a much more pleasant man working there more recently.

We never normally pop into Morrisons as they are a further away than the usual Sainsbury's however we just needed to pop in for the pharmacy, which was great and the staff were helpful.
While there, we decided to grab a couple bits that we needed and here we were greeted by Janet who was super helpful and convinced me to use my Morrisons more card. After using it, I got a Morrisons Fiver coupon and we joked that I wouldn't have got it if I didn't scan it. Since we don't use Morrisons frequently, we popped outside to the plans and found a Taybury plant on deal for £5 and thought the voucher doesn't technically have a stipulation on spending so this plant could be free if we use the coupon. We went back in and waited in a line to purchase the plant and Janet walked by and made a joke that we are back and were gonna spend the coupon. She decided to open her checkout again for us so that we weren't waiting for the person in front us' big shop. After we scanned it, it showed the Taybury as £7 as opposed to £5 as labeled so she took us to a self serve, walked us through and reduced the price of the Taybury and sent us on our way happy with our free Taybury plant. Amazing customer service!
Partner is very happy, I'm happy and Janet was great!

Please can someone explain why there are NEVER any bags at the self checkouts? And this is not a one off, it?s always the case!
Last night when I was in there was no less than 5 checkouts in use but nothing being scanned as the shoppers were walking up and down trying to find bags, checkout supervisor nowhere to be seen, eventually nearly 5 mins later the supervisor wanders in and when asked for bags proceeded to walk to a till half way up the shop and then return with only 5 bags, one for each person, then when I eventually got to a checkout I had to go through the same nonsense myself to get a bag!
What is actually going on here, this causes so much delays it?s unbelievable, why not just hang the bags on the hangers at the checkouts, self service was all about speed and convenience, at this rate I think I?d rather go to a till and wait for checkout person.
Seriously, it?s a bag! For gods sake make them available!!!

My disabled wife had an emergency today at this store and was helped by two wonderful members of staff. Ranjit and Ruby.
My grateful thanks fir allowing me to attend in the female staff toilet.

Store is decent self scans are a joke and there is never any bags at self scan I have pointed this out everytime I am in it causes so much ques as people are standing looking to try get a bag this shouldn't be hard morrisons
