Yet again this McDonalds branch is a letdown. Bacon missing from the mcchicken sandwich, no mars mcflurry included, 3 mozzarella sticks instead of the share box, and pickles on the double quarter pounder despite my partner being ALLERGIC. This is a food safety issue with such big errors - unless the entire management and staff is overhauled, this should be shut down! Plus i?m waiting for JustEat to refund the last order which had multiple missing items!! Not good enough. Attached is a photo to show the abysmal error.
Dietary restrictions: My partner is allergic to pickles and despite stating no pickles they included them!

Ordered 2 kids cheeseburger happy meals with no pickle. Waited 15 mins to get order even though 2 people in store. More interested in home delivery orders. Food was cold and buns a bit stale. Chips were literally stone cold and yes pickle was in the burger. Worst McDonald's in a long time. Could not even complain as I was on motorway and the touch screen order point had run out of paper so no receipt. Won't be back.

Fantastic food was fresh and Amazing we came to Poland to find different foods and this scored very high and to a very high standard 14/2/25 Glasgow Scotland....staff vey nice and helpful x

Does the job, fairly inconsistent and you?ll always need to check your order to see if its right. Quality of product is definitely not the same as it used to be, and with the price increases you?re better off making your own products

Would love to see the kitchen staff make themselves a breakfast bun for their meal break with a rock hard stale bun and a soggy hash brown like the ones I just paid for.
Only thing worse than ultra processed food is ultra processed food prepared badly!

This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds ever. And that?s saying something. Constantly waiting in the car park for even the smallest order via drive through. Always something missing, having to go back in to get it. So frustrating - beyond this the food is generally cold or just not how it should be. Pretty poor even for McDonalds

This must be one of the worst McDonalds in the country. Drive the extra five mins to the Queensway restaurant. The lack of management and leadership is astounding. Drive thru queue is empty and told to go park up. Waited 20 mins a carpark full of others who seem to have been told the same thing. Eventually had to go into the restaurant and my order was sitting there among many others. Told they don't have enough staff to take the orders out (so why tell you to go park up). Food was cold and inedible. So much for a quick grab n go meal. Isn't the first bad experience I've had at the whirlies McDonald's..they seem to focus on the Just Eat orders and drivers and ignore the drive thru customer's. Who place needs restaffing and proper training.

Went to this McDonald's and safe to say it wasn't a nice experience, upon getting out food, the chips were pale and not cooked enough and hard in the middle. When we said to someone, they had forgotten and some time we asked again. All in all we ate our burgers due to being hungry. But it's unacceptable for your staff to be incapable of cooking chips or getting us a fresh batch. Here is a picture below of the what the chips looked like. Also there were staff sitting talking to friends while they eat their food and on the floor on their phones as well.

Never had to do a one star review, but since this is the only McDonalds we use i am very disappointed tonight. Staff were slow, to busy talking, my double cheese burger was a mess, it was all lopsided and messy, chips weren?t that hot and tbh they weren?t busy inside or drive through so don?t see how or why the food would be served like that!!

The food can only be described as tepid when received at the drive through, heaven knows what you get with a just eat delivery!
