Every single time they cannot get an order right. Stuff always missing or wrong items given. Better going to Kingsgate. Much better and friendlier staff. Asked for a wrap today no bacon which was on the packaging then ate it full of bacon.
God help if someone had an allergy. Incompetent as ever.

This place is honestly ridiculous. Every time I place an order, they manage to mess it up. Last week, they forgot to give me the sauces, and today they gave my son spicy nuggets, even though I clearly asked for the 9 regular nuggets meal. I live 20 minutes away, so going back isn't exactly convenient. I definitely won?t be returning. I know it won?t make a difference to McDonald?s as a whole, but shame on the manager who runs this location, it really reflects the poor standard of service here. Absolutely pathetic.

When did a large meal become a medium when the staff cant b bothered filling the fry pokes and drinks up to the top havent been here for ages and reminded quickly as to why the food and service is very poor ??

Ordered a cheese mctasty , the batter was solid and falling off the bacon was frozen no cheese, it had obviously been lying for ages, at least if your going to charge these kind of prices, give your customers fresh food ( 18/7/25 ) ?

I arrived at the drive thru to collect my app order. The server could see my order on their system but the system froze and they couldn?t select that I had arrived. They asked their manager what they should do and he advised that I would have to pay for the order again and the payment taken by the app would be pending in my account for a few days but wouldn?t actually come out as the order wasn?t marked as collected but if there was any issues to contact the app.
I have checked my bank today and 2 payments have cleared for one order. I have called the restaurant numerous times but they don?t answer. I am also having no luck disputing this through the app.
I feel I have been totally fobbed off by the staff at the restaurant instead of them trying to fix the issue at their end or actually listen to me when I was explaining I had already paid, they took the easiest route and insisted I pay again.
I know this review won?t make any difference to them at all as they are always super busy but being busy should not come at a cost of decent customer service.

I have yet to get my full order when I get drive through or delivery. Kids really wanted pancakes and syrup for the syrup not to show up.. after last week ordering a PLAIN cheeseburger in drive through.. got home.. wasn?t plain but it said on the packaging it was? thank god it wasn?t an allergy.. but honestly, one job guys.. can?t even do that right. Worked in hospitality before and delivery.. so I know it?s not hard to pack what a receipt says ?

Don't know why I bother ordering from this place any more. For the last couple of orders I have placed, it is never correct. Nuggets are missing, sauce is missing. Chips, burgers, whatever. Even the drinks have been utterly horrible the last two times I've ordered from here. Completely flat, warm to the touch, and did t even taste like coke. Tasted foul, like it was just fizzy water that had been left to settle. Never ordering g from here again. The only thing they do consistently, is get things wrong

Staff were very friendly and helpful, daughter left her phone and they put it aside for us to pick up.
