Love this wee Marks and Spencers Foodhall. Great selection or fruit and vegetables plus everything you'd find in a mini supermarket. Prices are great for the quality. We went in to find pumpkins for Halloween but they sold out so we got a little light up one instead.

Wouldn't you have thought M&S would have a system in place that works for food orders! Slot booked to collect between 14.30 & 15.00......stood outside in a massive queue with no organisation what's so ever! Ridiculous!!!!!

The stock availability always staff on floor if you need a hand store is alway clean and very tidy

Store is always well stocked & spotless clean. The staff are all lovely. They are all helpful & very kind & thoughtful. It is a pleasure shopping in this M&S due to the lovely staff.

The man with the grey beard stole from me to night, he was double billing me for single items, and laughing, telling me "men can fo what they want. He said my crisps and chocolate bars came to nearly £10 when really I had a few packets of crisps. He laughed again and said it was £4 something. I asked for my receipt and he panicked saying" do you have everything you wanted in your bag" I told him I didn't want the other stuff and he said "I will refund you for the stuff you never asked for" laughing in my face saying"you don't know what we get up to in here "more to this I want to speak to management. Can anyone help.
