Where to start with the shambles that was the Christmas Day meal.
The event was advertised as having a children's entertainer, when in reality they had a face painter literally hiding behind a Christmas tree in the corner. No kids were being entertained.

Room was a but shabby, but staff were great and location was good. Bed was very comfy.

Rooms: Starting with the bad stuff, Rooms and pretty much most of the hotel is out dated, Bed sheets were not soft, made so much noise when turning over in bed, Shower head could be better, No plugs next to your bed to charge your devices, cobwebs all over (not Halloween decorations),Now... read full comment
