Tried to take interest in what was happening with my car whilst they worked on it, spoke to the mechanic who was fixing my issue, complete and utter ignorant, all i got was a grunt of yes/no

Failed me on my MOT quoted me hundreds of pounds to fix everything. As a young female with no clue about cars I reluctantly agreed. They then call back to say never-mind they can?t do the repairs due to not being able to get a part and suggested I do my research and call round car dealerships and garages and see if they can help instead. I live alone so need a car. They left me in a situation with no resolution or empathy. I took my car to another garage for a second opinion. They passed it on its MOT apologising for my experience saying that places like kwik fit are known to ?rinse? people especially young females who may not know any better. When they realised they couldn?t do the fix they couldn?t go back on what they?d said. So glad I got a second opinion.

Had my tyre changed here by Ross and couldn't recommend highly enough. He was professional, efficient and friendly throughout the whole process. I'm very careful about who I let work on my car for anything and he took immaculate care of it!
