Disgusting treatment by a charitable organisation. Refused to accept a dining table and chairs as they stated they are after only perfect goods. You are not running Cantors. Will never offer anything to them again not will I go back. This was the second show after the first uplift driver did not appear. Cannot get the option of nil stars.

A great deal of effort goes into the 5 window displays in our shop to make them attractive and cohesive. It also takes two members of staff a whole day to empty and re display them which is why it can only be changed on a monthly basis. There is a sign in the windows giving the dates for the change over of display. The feedback from customers has been positive

Furniture in shop window not for sale for some bizarre reason a waiting list is applied. If someone wants to buy something from a charity shop why is there a waiting list ? Doesn?t make sense

My daughter absolutely adores this shop! Myself and my partner are never out of here ?? The amount of bargains we have picked up is unreal and every member of staff are outstanding and always go above and beyond! Will continue to shop here as long as its open! ?

£14 paid to walk about one of the saddest shopping centres I?ve ever been to.
I was there on my own with my seven month old baby to meet some friends for lunch. I probably got a total of two hours sleep last night and I got thrown up on just before I left the house.
I was harassed, hot and tied (said goodbye to my friends) and walked away from the machine without my token.
It then took me about 5/6 minutes to put my shopping bags in the car without waking my sleeping baby.
When I realised I?d left my token i carefully took my sleeping baby back to the machine and I buzzed for help.
I showed clearly on my phone I had just paid for my parking. The lady checked and the token wasn?t on the top of the machine and said as I walked away and forgot to take it, it was a lost token and I needed to pay another £10.
No consideration or kindness for a genuine mistake. Why couldn?t they have checked the cctv to see that I have walked away without it and just buzzed me out??
I used to work in customer service for years and there was absolutely no need to show such a lack of understanding.
Not the first time a lack of compassion has been shown. I suggest treating the few customers you have left a bit better.

Shocking customer service!
I lost my yellow parking coin on the day it is free to park for a few hours (Saturday)!
I drove to the exit before realising I had lost it.
Person on the tannoy took great pride in telling me nothing he can do and go look for it!
I had 2 children crying in the back as the man explained nothing he can do. He said someone would come to help. Young nervous lady came and explained nothing she can do. I worked in the centre for years and I KNEW about a £10 lost token fee and volunteered to pay it. She then disappeared after taken my money (no explaination why she left?) but didn't let me know it would take another 10 minutes of sitting at the exit before returning. By the time she had returned I decided I'll be quicker going to look for my original free token when she returned. I said if I find it can I get a refund and she said no refunds on lost tokens!! The young lady and man did their jobs but the £10 lost token fee is not a punishment! Your staff treat it as tho "that'll teach them". If I have to pay £10 just take my money and let me out I don't need to be taugh a lesson just take my money and let me out! My kids were crying that they just want to go home. this ordeal took over 30 minutes to be then overhear the staff involved say I had a bad attitude! I worked in customer service for years & when you see a single dad with 2 crying kids maybe give them the benefit of the doubt, take his money & let them leave!
I live in EK but will be sure to take my family to Silverburn, the Fort or the Forge. Retail has been hit hard since covid and I try support it but no more for EK I'm afraid. You should be doing everything you can to get business through the door, not keeping a dad and his kids from leaving your car park when is paying the lost token fee!

Some excellent deals on 2nd hand goods here, you can pickup a bargain sometimes, I always have a browse anytime I'm in the centre and I've had loads of stuff from here over the years, and handed in a few things too, staff are always nice and helpful and if you need something large delivered this can be arranged at extra cost. If you see something you like make sure you take it there and then though as it will most likely be gone by time you go back. I've lost out on some bargains by doing this.....say when you see, give it a look next time your passing.

Ek Town centre be a housing estate in a couple of years time..the hub was a disaster most of the restaurants are closed due to lack of customer's..a lot of shops lying empty and now McDonald's closing down too..no information coming from centre management what future plans if any they have for EK centre

I've always enjoyed visits to this lovely shop. Due to months of lockdown however, today was my first visit in almost 6 months. As always, the shop is a treat to visit and is arranged as such that makes browsing a pleasurable experience. I never leave empty handed and today was no exception ..Oh, and the staff are soooo nice ..

Has everything and the shop in the town cemtre is fantastic if u cant get to the big outlet if she cam jwhen she is there she looked out for a coffie mashine for me.lovely people lovely shop and very helpfull and prices are great and the things dont look second hand.they look great.
