I had 2 couches , excellent condition very comfortable, called shop to see if would want rather give to charity than sell , told sizes ect girl said great , arranged pick up day before I move, 2 men turned up took one look and said no they are to heavy & big promptly walked out door ! Travelled 30 miles just to look at this store. Disappointment doesn't seem to cover it. They are extremely overpriced. For example. They have 5 tea pots all priced £10 each, other stores have same ones for £2. They also have a pink kids b&m dinner plate for £3, cheaper purchasing from b&m.
This place has got worse by the minute I phone up yesterday hoping to kyibryde hospice will take away my furniture Two guys came today One of the guys Looked at my cabinets could not take it because it had but on top like tape And he was Rude to me The second furniture Was Tables and chairs That I had in the garage... read full comment
