Picked up a trainer and took it to the desk to buy the pair. Waited 20 mins in a queue to be told that the trainer in my hand was a single and they didn't have the other one. Bit of a jumble sale ran by teenagers.

Good shop and had a great customer service experience yesterday April 19th when returning a faulty pair of Nike trainers. The chap was Chris and he dealt with it smoothly , professionally and without question.. thank you

Better than going into town no parking fines no LEZ and you can take back order from the JD website and return them for free no having to print labels out

Half the shop is empty and the staff aren?t any better. From a manager Chris I wouldn?t call him a manger the way he speaks to staff/customers is shocking. Also for other few girls who work there thinking they are something and to bully people and talk about it and not even acknowledging there is customers standing about waiting for staff to become available. Definitely not professional, very rude and doesn?t cost a lot of them to smile while customers are in.

Scotland Top ordered on line got a discount of £5.50 but unfortunately the size I ordered 7/8 years was so small it would have struggled to fit her 4 year old brother was told as I purchased it online with a discount code I couldn't have the replacement for the same price so had to get a refund and pay full price for it come on JD Sports get real ?

Quick reliable service for collecting an online order. Pleasant staff. Only thing is nobody checked my ID or order form to make sure it was me that made the purchase so anyone could collect the parcel.

In shop buying my son trainers, tried to use my blue light card. Advised I can only use it online. Staff redirected me to website and were super helpful in assisting me. Bought the trainers online which were delivered into store same day. Very grateful to staff and ship manager for their help. EK BRANCH.
