Had such a shocking experience , e mailed over a week ago looking for a design appointment. Phoned Monday and was asked to send over what I was looking for and a design would be produced with a costing. Next day promised the design was nearly finished and would have next day ... this continued and promised Thursday am. Chased again and received a call with excuses again. I then asked if the design was actually done at all, to which I was told that she didn't care for my tone and she didn't want to work with me! How you can cost a kitchen when I I was never asked which doors, worktop etc is beyond me. Your loss EK as it was a £20k kitchen!

Quick enough taking the money at the ek branch and promising an AM delivery on worktops with a £25 plus vat delivery charge. 15.15 now still no work tops and had to pay two joiners for the day.

I had to pick up a couple of things from Howdens EK today. I have a bit of a memory problem and get confused easily. The assistant behind the counter could not have been more helpful. He was patient, kind and understanding. A really pleasant young man.

I use another howdens this 1 was very unhelpful n made stuff up what I asked for .the joiner had to chase up the business just find out the girl done it all wrong . Went to another branch got what I asked for
