I always find the staff in this H+M so very friendly and helpful. On this particular occasion Ryan went out of his way to track down something I'd seen on the website - phoning another store, and finding a cardigan I was after in the sale section - when there was no indication online that it had gone into sale. He was so helpful and customer-focussed. Keep up the good work team EK H+M!! Thanks again, Kirsty x
