Amy in EK H.Samuel was most helpful when i asked about replacing my son's GShock battery...she had the watch sent away to Casio and it was returned a week later.. excellent customer service and always service with a smile...all staff are very welcoming in EK store and would recommend a visit if you sre looking for any advice on jewelry

I felt the need to write a review as the service I received was second to none. I was struggling to find a gift for my wife for our special anniversary. Absolutely fantastic service when I had a problem with my watch. I hadn't given it enough light and it stopped working. Staff were amazing, charged it overnight, set time and have me it back working perfectly. Highly recommend H Samuel jewellery in East Kilbride.
