Dreadful customer service. I waited 15 minutes to be served, clearly understaffed and some staff may need to be retrained. Very disappointed.

I regularly order from this Greggs, normally I will go out of my way to go to this Greggs over the one that's closer. The staff are really friendly and if there's something missing from the fridge, they're helpful enough to go check in the back for extras.
I rarely get a delivery through Just Eat but when I do the staff leave smiley faces and thank you messages on the bag. It's the sort of thing you remember.
I had a particularly frustrating Just Eat experience today so I decided to go down on foot to re-buy the items that weren't delivered.
The staff were really helpful and sympathetic to the situation and went beyond what I had expected to help me out.
Cut above the rest, honestly. Rare for a franchise.

Got there at 11am about six people in front of me didn't get served until 11.30 only one person working behind counter other spent the time stacking shelves then a delivery guy came in got served and out the door in five minutes ?

I was made to wait for over 15 mins for a roll and bacon. No one else was in the shop apart from just eat delivery men. Priority was clearly being given to just eat orders. Bacon was cooked. They only heat it up for 3 - 4 mins. I realise they were busy but to me it is poor service.
