Looking for a ps5 and the guy who served me said 420 but not sure if we have any let me speak to my colleague both of them looked at me then continued talking the first guy came ba k and said yes we have one but the box is a bit damaged so it's 470. He made me feel very uneasy left the store never going back

I'm just out of the game e.k store.
I went in because my husband asked me to pick up a head set for our sons PS5, I don't have a clue about any of this so I asked the guy that workes there ( I didn't get his name) he was incredibly helpful. They didn't have the headset in stock but he went above & beyond to help me. He even helped me reserve it from another store. Honestly can't say enough good things about him.

First time at the town centre in a very very long time to try and start my Christmas shopping??it is a disgrace and absolutely dire!!!! To be charged to park there is unbelievable (I?ve lived here for nearly 48 years). Hope whoever buys it over can turn it around and make it a joy to visit again (starting with free parking). Doubt very much I?ll be back anytime soon rather do the drive to Braehead or Silverburn especially when they have FREE PARKING.
