Very poor service indeed, no customer parking available which immediately made life difficult. Waiting till service advisers stopped looking at mobile phone footage with technicians before my presence was acknowledged. No see it now recieved or any updates about the progress of my van until I called in on the Tuesday, van went in on the Friday. Took 5 days to get authorisation for rear brakes and another 2 days to fit. Faults with tyre pressure sensor reappeared on drive home from workshop and due to lack of communication I have no idea if it was even checked

We went to this retailer to just look at a second hand car but the service and the presentation of the car in question was so good we ended up buying it. There was no pressure to buy but when we hit a snag- on our side not theirs- harjeet singh went out of his way to quietly help us solve the problem. We now have a lovely car and a very clear impression of excellent service.

I purchased a used car from Evans halshaw (east Kilbride) on January the 10th, the car was 6 years old but had only done 19k, I had to take the car back on 4th of February with battery issues. They told me that they replaced the battery but it took about an hour. In July I phoned them back up to report that I was having stop start issues which is a clear indicator that you have a battery issue, I was told someone would phone me back, no one phoned me. (I am a driving instructor and use the car daily for most of the day). I took my car to another garage to get the battery checked to be told the battery was no good and it clearly wasn't a new battery so I had to pay £180 for a new battery, I phoned them back to complain about this to be continually lied to that they had replaced the battery, absolute cowboy's who don't care once they've got your money, avoid at all costs, if they say you need brakes pads and discs get this verified, they are clearly only interested in making money and not interested in giving a good service.
