Total chancers + very rude.Tried 2 overcharge me on 03/06/23 thinking I was drunk + wouldnt notice. I walked out in disgust!!!!I'm reporting them 2 Trading Standards on Monday 05/06/23 + putting the word out on facebook.

I?m the Founder of the Glasgow Curry Club and I happen to live in East Kilbride.
I founded the Club in 1996 with the express purpose of eating curries and reviewing them. It?s been a tough 26 years!
We have around 68,000 followers across social media and an unlimited number of ?members?.
Here is why I am reviewing a ?take away? establishment;
1) the food is astronomical
2) the food is astonishing
3) the food is unreal.
4) the staff are fantastic
5) did I mention the food?
You need to try the chicken tikka pardesi and the Peshawari Naan. Absolutely sublime! The nentara is also incredible but we are gradually going through the menu!
Try the Mughlai Korma?.the Chasni?it?s all ASTONISHING!

I ordered my meal tonight at 17:55pm ( 5 to 6 in the evening , 40 mins estimated delivery , JOKERS, 80 minutes later still nothing , phoned it In , no record of my deliveroo order , start again , we can deliver your meal in 40 minutes , joke not acceptable ?, 120 minutes later 2 HOURS still no meal , get my meal 2 HOURS and 20 minutes later , no starters , items missing !!!! , Phone them again , sorry about missing items will get them out to you eventually , 9 pm starter's delivered , what a waste of my family's time , whole night ruined , , won't be back , you have just lost a customer , , 3 hours and 5 minutes too late , ???

I placed my order via the just eat website at 2050 hours on Wednesday 25/8/2020 from Curry Mahal .I was given an estimated delivery time of 2140 hours. By 2215 hours I still hadn't received it so I phoned the restaurant. They told me it was out for delivery and to give it 15 more minutes. I told then I would give it 15 more minutes and then cancel the order. By 2235 hours the order still hadn't arrived so I used the Just Eat app Chat to cancel it only to be told that the curry mahal had marked the order as complete (delivered) and I couldn't cancel it! was told by the agent that Just eat are going to investigate it.The delivery driver subsequently turned up at 2300 hours. By this time everybody was in bed and I told the delivery driver to take his order and leave. I have phoned the restaurant since then to get my money back but they say nobody there knew about it. It's bad enough the order was well over an hour late, but marking the order as delivered when it clearly wasn't to avoid cancellation is very underhand. This is further compounded by them refusing to refund me! Please keep this in mind when ordering from them.
