Good food and atmosphere but the services was quite disappointing

Came to Cova yesterday for lunch. The food was really good and the atmosphere was nice, but the service was pretty bad. Staff kept walking past us and stood around chatting at the counter, and it wasn?t even that busy. We waited quite awhile and were about to walk out before someone finally came over to take our order. Disappointing, especially because the food and setting were great.

The perfect breakfast in East Kilbride town centre. Great food, great service, good prices and an ideal location when visiting the shopping centre. This time, it was a breakfast visit. Both my son and I gave it 10/10.

Me and my girlfriend were delighted when we were told that our lunch was going to be free just for being kind and pleasant when we were in the restaurant. It was such a nice surprise after a lovely lunch, thanks again to the team!

Always attentive staff, good food, and reasonably priced Have given it 4 starts as feel like their menu has been the same for ages and could do with an update every now and then.

A small well looked after restaurant service can be a bit slow due to how busy it can be but the staff are very friendly.
