One star purely because those new young girls they?ve hired are so cheeky and have horrible customer service skills. I had to just leave cause I was getting really angry at how I was being spoken to.

Good for buying second games, phones etc.
Unfortunately you may not get price you want for trade in for cash. Better to do an exchange.

Guys here are really helpful and efficient.
Pay a little bit more than privately but if there's anything gone wrong you just pop back in .

The place has gone downhill massively over the years. Waste of time going in here if you want to trade in goods. Went in with an Occulus meta quest 2, only wanted to trade in towards a ps5, the guy really went out his way to come up with a reason not to take it. It's been used once has all original box and tags like new. He came up with a lame excuse not to take it. Don't waste your time guys.
