Went in to pump up my tyre and it didn?t work, it?s only a pound so spoke to the girl at the desk who said that she would speak to the manager, I was then told that it was probably my fault and had ran out of time. I said no I was prepared and all I had to do was put your air hose on to pump it up. Told they could not offer a refund as it isn?t there problem. So I am a £ out of pocket with a flat tyre still. lol they were not interested at all, poor service and I would recommend that you avoid this place because if you had a bigger issue would they be helpful? Doubt it. Terrible service

In quite a few times a week, staff are usually really nice. Always very busy in the morning and end of working day. I recommended using Bpme app, saves you waiting in Queue, but use your 4G, the app wont work with the bp stations internet.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to your employee Craig. I came in tonight with a flat tyre after hitting a pot hole. Couldn't get the airline to work (I was a bit upset and not thinking straight) Craig came out to help me. Discovered a hole in the tyre. Said he'd change it for me but unfortunately there was no jack in the boot. He offered me to come into the garage for a heat and a coffee while waiting on the AA. I would just like for him to be recognised for going above and beyond the call of duty! You're a star Craig and really helped me with my situation. Thank you so much!
