I was attended to promptly when I arrived (slightly early for my appointment). The first part of the process was carried out efficiently by a very pleasant young lady who explained fully what she was doing and the reason for it. She then immediately took me to and introduced me to the optometrist who likewise acted very professionally and efficiently and also explained fully the various tests. She seemed to be very thorough and took copious notes for the permanent records. She discussed her findings and was quite happy to answer my questions in layman's terms which I could understand. She then brought in to the consulting room the young man who was to help me choose new frames and he too was extremely pleasant and helpful and he also fully explained the types of frames and appropriate lenses available. He did not exert any pressure and made me feel quite relaxed.

Lovely people, professional, confident, helpful and pleasant-mannered. The only drawback was, having made some effort to arrive in time for my appointment, I was still kept waiting for several minutes.
