Avoid Bensons for Beds at all costs.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life here. I originally placed an order for a mattress and left a deposit. Unfortunately, due to losing my house at the time, I had to cancel. When I tried to reorder once I got a new home, not only did they refuse to let me place another order, they also kept my deposit.
The so-called ?customer service? I received from a staff member named Stuart was absolutely shocking. He was rude, arrogant, and spoke to me with such a disgusting attitude that I honestly don?t know how someone like that is even allowed to deal with customers. Zero compassion, zero understanding, and zero professionalism.
Bensons clearly don?t care about customers? circumstances, only about keeping your money. I?ll never spend another penny with them, and I?ll make sure to warn everyone I know. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from both the company and especially Stuart ? he should not be working in a customer-facing role as a manager.

Really great service. Fantastic quality of products. Looked after so well by Stuart who provided excellent customer service. Excellent knowledge of products and he took the time to check my room dimensions to ensure bed would fit.

From start to finish a great experience, the salesman, John had great knowledge and no pressure approach encouraging us to try the various beds on offer .....very very good and we now have a beautiful mattress with the perfect comfort rating for us.

Went in to buy a bed frame and mattress and was extremely impressed with the service I received! James was attentive and listened closely to what I was asking for and required. I would highly recommend Bensons.
