Went to EK store around 5, couldn't find the cable clips I needed. 2 assistants were chatting to each other and I asked if either knew where the clips were. One said she would get someone to come and show me and to wait at aisle 8. I walked up and down aisle 8 for several minutes, no-one came, I left and said to the girls who were still chatting that it's a pity B&Q don't seem to bother with customer service but am sure Cornes in the village will, Corner had the clips, B&Q lost a customer.

Needs trolleys through the shop. Went in without one as didn?t know if they?d have the plant I wanted. Got to garden centre and yes there it is but had to walk all the way out just to get a trolley
I?m sure places like this used to have them dotted about

Had great customer service from Alan in the Eastkilbride store, I was struggling with the item I was buying with regards to measurements and he gave me the right item with the details I had and also explained how to fit it aswell as giving me the confidence to go and do it and he was right, he went over and above to be honest as I was there for a while and so friendly and helpful. Thank You.

Last Sunday me and my partner went in for some DIY needs, when approaching the check out I was greeted by a lovely staff member called Abbie. She helped me with my items and was very kind and told me about the great benefits of having a club card with B&Q. Will shop again, thanks Abbie for all your help.

Where do i start ?
The road in and the car park is absolutely covered in pot holes, they have a cheek to put in speed bumps. The manager here is missing a trick, he should start selling car shock absorbers, springs and tyres. The store literally has everything in there to sort these pot holes, get one of the hide and seek champion store staff to get onto YouTube, give him a wheel barrow, a shovel and sand, cement, water and give him something to do. when you get in the store, the gents toilet has been closed for months, again, i guarantee you have everything in store to fix it. Good luck finding anyone for advice on anything until you go through the check out where youll find 5 staff manning 9 self service check outs. Then if you fancied over paying for a snack when you leave from one of the automated snack dispensers, yeah there broke too. I guarantee the manager of the store comes under his budget every year and gets a nice little bonus. Take my advice and go somewhere else for your over priced DIY supplies, a visit there will only put you in a shitty mood.

Karen at the self checkouts was very friendly and extremely helpful - reminded me to sign up for B&Q club which saved me a bunch of money. Experience is always better when there is a friendly face who is there to help.

Thanks so much to Joe at this location for helping me with a very difficult project. Without his assistance, I would have wasted a lot more money and gone through unnecessary stress. I've been back and forth several times due to incorrect information from other staff.

We went to B&Q in East Kilbride and Ross who mixes the paint was AMAZING with my little boy! He explained how he mixed the paint and the colours that went in to make the colours etc! Made my wee boys day and mine! Hard to find such great customer service these days! Thanks Ross, Debbie McCann
