Went to EK store around 5, couldn't find the cable clips I needed. 2 assistants were chatting to each other and I asked if either knew where the clips were. One said she would get someone to come and show me and to wait at aisle 8. I walked up and down aisle 8 for several minutes, no-one came, I left and said to the girls... read full comment
