We bought a car mid last year. Everything was good until October of 2023. We have not been able to use this car since then and it's now February of 2024. Ross was our sales person. We have been trying for 3 months to get hold of him but he's always busy. This car we pay £350 per month for is dead and needs a new engine and sitting in the garage in Inverness waiting on the service history from you to allow the garage to do the work. What a shambles it has been trying to deal with this issue and nobody ever picks up! Would it be possible for someone to contact me asap before I have the heap of junk you sold us delivered back to the show room. 3 months....3 months..... Trading standards is my next call.Let's hope this way works.Donald Macleod

I visited the showroom on Saturday and had the pleasure of meeting Stephen Taylor. He was friendly and professional and very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Stephen took me through the sale process and went out of his way to deliver the car to me in Dumbarton two days later. He kept in touch through the whole process and delivered the car at the time arranged. He even parked my old car for me as I was struggling in the narrow parking at Dumbarton show room ?.I was worried about the small engines in new cars and Stephen told me I?d be pleasantly surprised, so I?d just like to tell him, he was correct. A bit light and wobbly on the twisty roads, but overall a great car. Thank you Stephen.

Had the best experience with Stephen Christie our salesman . I had prev arranged to pick up a BMW i3 car from Hillington branch . This deal fell through and I looked elsewhere for same type of car at Motorstore . Stephen asked me if I still wanted the original car .He then arranged for the car to be sent to them from Hillington , ensuring that it would be sold at the same price and that the special cleaning of the car and the product package + pen all included in the total.This warranted a 5 star review and I would recommend dealing with this store and Stephen Christie to customers .
